Authors who publish scientific works in the ILKA Journal agree to the following terms:

1. The author retains copyright and grants the journal first publication rights for the work, which is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY-SA 4.0) license, allowing others to share the work with attribution to the authorship and initial publication in this journal.
2. Authors may enter into separate additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in an institutional repository or on their website) before and during the submission process, as this can lead to productive exchange, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
